30 DAY HASSLE FREE EXCHANGE POLICY We are here to service your needs. Please read our exchange policy carefully. If you have any questions regarding exchanges, please contact our cutomer service department and ask. Please allow 2 weeks for credits and exchanges once we have received all returned packages. If you have not received your credit or exchange, simply contact our customer service department with you order ID, first and last name of purchaser. All items have a 30 day no questions asked exchange policy. Those items purchased in Novembr and December for the holiday season are extended to February 15, 2008 for exchange policy. All exchanges must include the following to be acceptable:
All item exchanges not following our exchange policy above will be subject to refusal or automatic 25% restock fee. Please know that the customer is responsible for shipping costs of exchanged items for credit. Please make sure you contact our customer service to receive an RA#. 7 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE RETURN POLICY If you are dissatified with your item for any reason, simply obtain an RA# from our customer service center within 7 days of delivery, send the item back and we will issue a full credit for the product. You must receive a RA # before returning your order. All returns must include the following to be acceptable:
