7 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY

We are here to service your needs.  Please read our exchange policy carefully.  If you have any questions regarding exchanges, please contact our cutomer service department and ask. Please allow 2 weeks for credits and exchanges once we have received all returned packages.  If you have not received your credit or exchange, simply call our customer service number with you order ID, first and last name of purchaser.

 All items have a 7 day no questions asked exchange policy.  Those items purchased  in Novembr and December for the holiday season are extended to January 15, 2008 for exchange policy.

All exchanges must include the following to be acceptable:

• Original invoice information
• All original packaging materials and items included in package.
• Return address must be on separate label attached to package. (Not written directly on package)

All item exchanges not following our exchange policy above will be subject to refusal or automatic 25% restock fee.

Please know that the customer is responsible for shipping costs of exchanged items for credit.  Please make sure you contact our customer service call center(720-227-5557) to receive an RA#.  Items sent back without an RA# will be refused.

48 HOUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatified with your item for any reason, simply obtain an RMA# from our customer service center within 48 hours of delivery, send the item back and we will issue a full credit for the product.  You must receive a RMA # before returning your order.

All returns must include the following to be acceptable:
